As a GAF Master Elite® contractor, we can offer every GAF enhanced warranty, including the Golden Pledge®, which most roofers can't. Here's what each one covers.

Upgrades the standard shingle warranty to cover your whole GAF roofing system, including tear-off if a defective roof has to be replaced.

Everything in System Plus, plus GAF stands behind our installation workmanship for 10 years.
Golden Pledge®
GAF's strongest warranty. Only GAF Master Elite® contractors like us can offer it.
Requires a qualifying GAF lifetime shingle roof with the required GAF accessories, installed by YES Roofing & Exteriors and registered with GAF. This is a summary; the GAF limited warranty document has the full terms and conditions. We'll go over which warranty fits your roof during your free inspection.
Common questions
What is the difference between GAF Silver Pledge and Golden Pledge?
Both include 50 years of non-prorated coverage for manufacturing defects on a qualifying GAF roofing system. The difference is workmanship coverage: Silver Pledge covers installation workmanship for 10 years, and Golden Pledge covers it for 25 years (30 years on Timberline UHDZ and Timberline AS II shingles).
Who can offer the GAF Golden Pledge warranty?
Only GAF Master Elite contractors can offer Golden Pledge. YES Roofing & Exteriors is a GAF Master Elite Residential Roofing Contractor.
Is workmanship covered by the GAF System Plus warranty?
No. System Plus covers manufacturing defects in the GAF roofing system. For GAF-backed workmanship coverage you need Silver Pledge or Golden Pledge.
