This policy explains what information YES Roofing & Exteriors ("YES", "we") collects when you use yesroof.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request an inspection, call, text or email us, we collect what you share, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, photos and details about your property and project. We use it to respond to you, schedule and complete work, prepare estimates, work with your insurance company if you ask us to, and follow up about your project.
If you apply for financing, your application goes to our financing partners (Finturf and Slice) and is handled under their privacy policies.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inspection or project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also linked at the bottom of every page.
- Necessary: keeps the site working, such as remembering your cookie choice and the local office you picked. Always on.
- Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics helps us see which pages are visited and how people find us.
- Advertising (only if you accept): Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tags let us show YES ads to people who have visited our site and measure whether those ads work. These companies may use cookies and similar technology to recognize your browser across sites.

Your approximate location
To suggest your nearest office, our own server looks up the approximate city for your IP address. We don't store this or share it with anyone, and it's never more precise than a city or region.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to do the work and run our business: with our employees and subcontractors, material suppliers and manufacturers (for example, to register a GAF warranty), your insurance company or adjuster when you ask us to work with them, financing partners when you apply, the service providers who host our website and systems, and when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as needed for warranties, insurance and legal requirements, and other information only as long as we need it.
