Storm Damage & Insurance Claims

We document damage and walk you through the insurance claim from start to finish.

Hail and wind damage is often invisible from the ground, and insurance claims are confusing. We inspect your roof for free, show you exactly what we found, and help you through the claim with less stress and no pressure.

If your insurance doesn't cover everything, financing starts at $500, so a deductible or a shortfall doesn't have to stop the work.

Questions about storm damage & insurance claims

Should I call my insurance company or a roofer first?

Have a roofer inspect first. If there's no real damage, you haven't filed a claim for nothing. If there is, you'll have photos and documentation when you call.

Do I have to pay my deductible?

Yes. Your deductible is your share of the claim, and a contractor shouldn't offer to waive or cover it. Financing can help if you need it.

How long do I have to file a claim?

It depends on your policy. Many require you to report damage within a set time after the storm, so don't wait. Check your policy or ask your agent.
