Residential Roofing
Full roof replacements and new roofs for homes, from architectural shingles to metal.
A new roof is one of the biggest things you'll buy for your home, and most people only do it once or twice. We walk you through it the way we'd want someone to walk our own family through it: what you actually need, what's optional, and what it costs.
As a GAF Master Elite® contractor, we can register your roof for GAF's strongest warranties, including the Golden Pledge®, which covers both the materials and our workmanship.

How it works
Free inspection
We go on the roof and in the attic, take photos, and show you exactly what we found.
Written estimate
A clear, line-by-line estimate with your shingle, color and warranty options. No pressure to decide on the spot.
Install day
We protect your landscaping, tear off the old roof, replace any bad decking, and install the new system. Most homes are done in a day or two.
Cleanup and walkthrough
We magnet-sweep for nails, haul everything away, walk the job with you, and register your warranty.
Roofing options
Architectural shingles
The most popular choice for homes. Dimensional look, strong wind ratings, and lifetime warranty options.
Designer shingles
Shingles that look like slate or cedar shake for homes where curb appeal matters most.
Metal roofing
Standing seam and other metal systems that last a long time and shed snow and rain well.
Low-slope sections
Porches, additions and other flat areas get a membrane built for low slopes, not shingles.

Questions about residential roofing
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes take one to two days. Larger or steeper roofs, or roofs with a lot of rotten decking, can take longer. We'll give you a timeline with your estimate.
Do I need to be home during the install?
No, but we'll want to talk with you before we start and walk the finished job with you at the end.
Can you put a new roof over my old one?
We recommend a full tear-off. It lets us check and replace bad decking, and GAF's enhanced warranties require it.
